Hi there, I’m Jennifer, a licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I am passionate about helping women heal from past abuse and move past their pain. I specialize in trauma therapy for physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. I use a blend of EMDR, Internal Family systems, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.

Throughout my over 14 year career as a therapist, I have worked in a variety of outpatient and inpatient settings and have been a clinical director as well as a clinical supervisor in different facilities. These experiences have allowed me to hone my skills to be effective at helping people through difficult circumstances and traumatic experiences.

I believe in getting to the roots of your struggles as that is often what drives our behavior and beliefs about ourselves. I provide a genuine, empathetic, safe place for you to work on your own healing and take your life back.
